We value your privacy and must point out any personal information, personal data about yourself will at no time be shared with a third party. We at present do not store any personal information online.
Should you not give consent on certain issues, we may not be able to offer our service but any previous information you have shared with ourselves shall be disposed of appropriately. From 25th May 2018, the new Data Protection Act 2018 came into place, and I need to inform you what data I hold about you, why I need it, what I will be doing with your data, who I might share it with and when I will destroy it.

Customer information collected by us
1. Forms There are several forms and paperwork we will require the customer to fill in before a session can proceed. These will include necessary information about yourself e.g. DOB, address. For both legal and insurance reasons, these are to be kept for a minimum of 7 years.
These include a:
a. Customer consent form:
RECORDED SESSIONS:
a1. Due to the service occurring in the customer's home and involves physical hands on contact, all customer sessions are recorded for safety and security purposes of both parties involved. Only the 'whole' practitioner will be seen, but both parties shall be sound recorded. We will try our best to ensure only the customers body area receiving therapy will be recorded. A customer's face will not be part of the recording if avoidable, the identification of the recording will be a unique reference number only, no customer identification will be used directly.
a2. The Customer has the right to see the recording, but only on a supervised basis, or a copy can be made at a cost of £10
a3. These recordings will only be viewed either for legal reasons, or you have given consent for a recording to be used for training purposes only.
a4. All personal information (letters, photographs etc) will be hidden from camera view before the session begins
PHYSICAL CONTACT:
a5. The customer may request therapy that requires touch therapy or physical contact, in which the customer must give consent beforehand
b. Customer request form
This form is filled for each session confirming the choice of therapy the customer requests e.g type of tickle, tools, method

a1. Form includes all necessary information e.g DOB, Address, full name, contact phone number, medical details, preferables
