Introductory Visit
Firstly, thank you for coming this far. This section will explain what an introductory involves and why it is necessary.
Why is it necessary?
Tickle therapy is not widely known yet by many people, and are not quite sure what it involves, or how it works. The introductory session allows us to become a little acquainted. It covers all of what is involved during a session and gives us the chance to discover your preferences and answer any questions or concerns you may have. It also prepares us for the first session and saves a lot of time.
What does it involve?
1. Identification: We will show identification (I.D Card) before entering your premises.
We will ask for proof of identification. This must be a photo id e.g drivers license or passport, 2x proof of address (latest bill , bank letter etc).
2. Forms
There are several pieces of paperwork which will need signing, for health, safety and time saving reasons. These include a consent form, a customer details form which will include address details, DOB etc. It will also include a medical questionnaire. There is also a customer preference form, this contains your preferred areas of the body, methods etc.
3. How long will an introductory session take.
Approximately 30 minutes
4. An appointment for a therapy session can then be arranged.
