KNISMESIS THERAPY

This is the gentle tickle which encourages relaxation, calmness whilst enjoying those feelings of pleasure 

This therapy starts at a minimum of 30 minutes. (exc preparation). 

Tickle tools include the finger ends/tips/nails, feather/s, paintbrush, feather duster, make up brush.

Tickle areas include the feet, toes, legs (up to knee height), neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands, face, head

GARGALESIS / LAUGHTER THERAPY

This is the livelier of tickles. Its intention is to cause involuntary laughter, muscle movement and also be fun. As well as a form

of tickle therapy, this falls under laughter therapy, and is also accepted as a form of exercise.

This therapy starts at a minimum of 30 minutes. This length of time produces ample results and contentment. If you can handle it we do offer longer sessions which are also beneficial.
